11. Execution of contracts.
- [(1) Every contract entered into by a market committee shall be in writing and signed by the Secretary of the Market Committee in the manner as may be prescribed.] [Substituted by Act No. 14 of 2015, dated 8.10.2015.](2)No contract other than a contract executed as provided in sub-section (1) shall be binding on a market committee.
