Section 1 in Bihar Municipal Empowered Standing Committee Conduct of Business Rules, 2010
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
- (i) These Rules may be called the Bihar Municipal Empowered Standing Committee Conduct of Business Rules, 2010.(ii)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(iii)It shall come into force at once.
