ORDER
1. A letter has been circulated on behalf of the Counsel for Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change seeking adjournment on personal ground.
2. The Joint Committee has filed the report dated 27.08.2025. It will be open to all the concerned parties to file objections to the report of Joint Committee within four weeks.
3. The applicant submits that he had appeared before the Joint Committee on 02.07.2025 in the office of DG Forest, Panchkula and immediately thereafter, he had received the phone calls from different Police Stations threatening registration of the FIR and certain FIRs have also been registered. He submits that he is being pressurized by the authorities to compromise this matter and his life is in danger and to 1 attend the Court's proceedings today, he has been provided security by Haryana Police.
4. The concerned authorities are directed to ensure that the applicant is not harassed on account of filing this OA before the Tribunal. The applicant further submits that he has filed certain additional documents yesterday. Office is directed to place it on record.
