(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 107M, the amount shown in the said notice shall be recoverable from the said holder or farmer other than [the Government] [Words substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937 and the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, respectively.].
