Section 14(1) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)Every educational agency of a private school shall constitute a school committee as may be prescribed:Provided that where an educational agency has established and is administering or maintaining more than one private school, such educational agency may, with the prior permission of the competent authority, have a common school committee.
