Section 36(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)After care programmes shall be made available by the District or Slate Child Protection Society in collaboration with voluntary organizations for juveniles or children after they leave special homes and children's homes and who have no home, or settled place or abode and are without any ostensible means of subsistence.
