Section 272(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)No person shall, for the purposes of trade, use or permit to be used any place for stabling milch cattle or for storing or selling milk or for making, storing or selling butter except under and in accordance with the terms of a licence from the Council.
