Section 1 in Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
