71. Notice of strike.
(1)The notice of strike to be given by workmen in a public utility service shall be in Form L.(2)On receipt of a notice of a strike under sub-rule (1), the employer shall forthwith initiate the fact to the Conciliation Officer having jurisdiction in the matter.
