34. Statutes how made.- (1) The first statutes framed by the Board of
Management shall be submitted to the Board of Governors for its approval.(2)The Board of Governors shall consider the First Statutes, submitted by theBoard of Management and shall give its approval thereon with such modifications, ifany, as it may deem necessary.(3)The University shall publish the First Statutes, as approved by the Board ofGovernors in the University Notification, and thereafter, the First Statutes shall comeinto force from the date of its publication.
