Section 14 in The Jammu and Kashmir Private Colleges (Regulation and Control) Act, 2002
14. Audit.
(1)The accounts of aided colleges shall be audited annually by an agency to be appointed by the competent authority.(2)The accounts of the aided colleges shall be audited in such manner as may be prescribed.(3)The agency so appointed shall prepare report of the accounts and submit the same to the competent authority.
