Section 14(1) in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
(1)The Academic Council shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)Vice-Chancellor;(b)Registrar as Member Secretary;(c)Dean of Post-Graduate Studies;(d)Dean of the College;(e)Director of Extension Education;(f)Director of Research;(g)Heads of Regional Research Stations of the University;(h)Two senior-most Head of the Departments of the University to be nominated by their respective Deans; and(i)One senior Professor from amongst all Professors.
