(4)in sub-section (7)-(a)for the words, brackets and figure "Where by an order made under sub-section (6)" the words, brackets and figure "Where by a resolution passed under sub-section (4)" shall be substituted;(b)for the words "in the order" at the end, the words "in the resolution" shall be substituted;
