Section 18(1) in The Punjab Legislative Assembly Members (Free Transit by Railways) Rules, 1979
(1)Refunds on unused coupons returned to the Railway Administration concerned by the Secretary will be granted after deduction of 10 per cent on the value of unused coupons provided they are returned to the Railway Administration within one month after the period of their validity.
