Section 176(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)If the estimate of the plan design or specification so prepared does not exceed the limit prescribed by the Government, the Panchayat may, subject to the availability of funds at its disposal, sanction by its resolution, the execution of the work.
