Section 15(1) in The Orissa Urban Police Act, 2003
(1)Every person, having ceased to be a Special Police Officer or Additional Police Officer under this Act, shall forthwith deliver up his certificate, clothing, accoutrements, arms, ammunition and other necessaries, which have been supplied to him for the execution of his duty.
