1. Learned counsel for the applicant in ABA 721 of 2018 seeks adjournment.
2. So far as applicant in ABA No. 867 of 2018 i.e. Birmal s/o Limba Masal is concerned, he is father of applicant in ABA No.721 of 2018 i.e. Sanjubai Baliram Yele. Said Birmal is residing at village ::: Uploaded on - 03/09/2018 ::: Downloaded on - 05/09/2018 02:37:27 ::: 16-ABA-867-18 -2- Gormala, Taluka Bhoom, District Osmanabad. The incident allegedly had taken place at Vakwad, Taluka Bhoom. The applicant Birmal is 76 years of age. Thus considering the above facts, I am inclined to grant interim pre-arrest bail to the applicant Birmal till further orders.
3. In the event of arrest of applicant in ABA No. 867 of 2018, namely, Birmal s/o Limba Masal in connection with crime no. 35 of 2018 registered with Bhoom Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 452 r/w 34 of IPC, he be released on bail on his furnishing P.B. of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand only) with one surety of the like amount, till further orders, on condition that the applicant shall make himself available as and when required by the Investigating Officer for further investigation into the crime, if any.
