Section 26(1) in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
(1)No member of the teaching, other academic and non-teaching staff of the University shall be dismissed or removed or reduced in rank except after an inquiry in which he has been informed of the charges against him and given a resonable opportunity of being heard in respect of those charges.
