12. Appeal.
(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of a Controller may, within 30 days from the date of the order, prefer an appeal in writing before the Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal established under the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997 (West Bengal Act No. 25 of 1997).(2)Subject to provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, any order passed by the Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal may, in the manner prescribed, be reviewed by the said Tribunal on account of some mistake or error apparent on the face of the record or for any other sufficient cause of like nature.
