Section 73(iii) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(iii)where the sewer does not exceed 75 centimetres (29.528) in diameter, a manwhole shall be provided at every point at which the sewer changes either its direction or gradient and manwhole, shall be provided on every sewer at intervals not exceeding 90 metres (295.28 feet).
