Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)It shall come into force from the date 1. Published in Govt. Gazette dated 10.5.2010.of its publication in Government Gazette.
