Section 28(2) in The M.P. State Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1962
(2)The budget thus amended or altered and approved shall constitute the budget of the Corporation for the ensuing financial year and shall be issued under the seal of the Corporation and signed by the Officer or officers of the Corporation duly authorised in this behalf. Authenticated copies of the budget shall be forwarded to the Central and State Government and the Accountant General, Madhya Pradesh, on or before the 31st January'.
