No.361 of 2016 (3) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 659 submitted that the order passed by the House Controller under Section 5 of the BBC, Act is not executable or separately.
Issue notice to the respondents in admission matter for which the petitioners shall file the necessary requisites in ordinary process as well as registered post both within two weeks. Peremptory.
