- An Authority of the University shall have power to make regulations, in the manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes, for the conduct of its affairs and the affairs of the committees constituted by such Authority. Such regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances of the University.Chapter-VII Annual report, Annual accounts, etc.
