Section 10(b) in The M.P. Commissioner of Oaths Rules, 1976
(b)Every Commissioner of Oaths shall permit the District Judge or any such officer as the appointing authority may appoint in this behalf to inspect the register maintained by Commissioner of Oaths under sub-rule (a) above.
