Section 11(2)(a) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002

(a)If he, indirectly, himself or through his partner, has-

(i)Share or interest in any book published or recommended by or on behalf of the Council, or

(ii)Share or interest in any work to be done on contract to be given by the order of or on behalf of the Council.
