O R D E R:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

2. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the 5th respondent is harassing the petitioner to settle the civil disputes existing between the petitioner and one Peddapalli Ravi & Others under the guise of investigation into the FIR No.107/2025, dt.29.03.2025, thereby interfering in the civil disputes, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and without any sanction of law.

3. Per contra, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of official respondents would submit that based on the complaint made by one Peddapalli Ravi on 29.03.2025 a case vide Cr.No.107/2025 has been registered, wherein the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2.

4. Learned Government Pleader further submits that the petitioner herein and Peddapalli Ravi & Others have approached 2 the respondents-authorities and lodged several complaints against one another, since the year 2022, vide Cr.Nos.82/22, 167/22, 77/23, 86/25, 107/25 and 108/2025.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that prior to registration of Cr.No.107/2025 against the petitioner and others, the petitioner had approached the respondents-authorities and submitted a complaint, basing on which a case vide Cr.No.86/2025 has been registered wherein the respondents- authorities have issued notice, under Section 91/160 of Cr.P.C., dt.01.04.2025, calling upon the petitioner to produce evidence.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that the respondents-authorities except conducting investigation into the aforesaid crimes registered at the behest of the petitioner and against the petitioner, are not interfering in the civil disputes nor harassing the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the complainants in other crimes.

7. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission made and taking note of the fact that the petitioner and the complainant in Cr.No.107/2025 having lodged complaints against one another, this Court is of the 3 view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct investigation into all the aforesaid crimes registered and take further action, strictly in accordance with law.

9. Subject to the above observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

10. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
