Section 3(6) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(6)On the establishment of the University under sub-section (4), the land and other movable and immovable properties acquired, created, arranged or built by the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan for the purposes of the University shall stand transferred to and vest in, the University.
