(3)Protection against lighting. Protection from lighting shall be provided for(i)building in which explosive or highly flammable substances are manufactured, used, handled or stored;(ii)Storage tanks containing oils, paints, or other flammable liquids;(iii)Gram elevators; and(iv)Building. tall chimneys or stacks where flammable gases, fumes, dust or lint are likely to be present.
