Section 40A(b) in Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Act, 1956
(b)Section 7 of the said Act as in force in the State of Andhra Pradesh shall have effect as if, after sub-clause (iii) of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of that section, the following had been added, namely:- (iv) for the execution of any Housing Scheme under the APHB Act, 1956.
