(2)The Market Committee may collect user charge, as prescribed in the Bye-laws, for allowing trade as provided under sub-section (1) at the rate not exceeding two percent ad valorem in case of non-perishable transacted agricultural produce and not exceeding one percent ad valorem in case of perishable agricultural produce and livestock.
