It has been brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel appearing for the Respondent that a high level committee has been constituted by the Government of India vide order dated 03.04.2023 to consider the matter relating to recognition of CPS courses, equivalence of these courses and continued admission to these courses in detail and recommend comprehensive measures to address all issues with regard to courses of Signature Not Verified Digitaaly Signed By:BHUPINDER SINGH ROHELLA Signing Date:19.04.2023 17:32:30 CPS, Mumbai and, therefore, a detailed reply can only be filed after the matter is resolved or some decision taken by the committee in the matter.
