Section 32(c) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962
(c)render such assistance as may be required by the Committee, in the collection of fees due under the Act or under rules or bye-laws made thereunder, in preventing evasion of payment thereof, and generally in the prevention of breaches of the Act or of these rules or of any bye-laws made thereunder.
