Section 58 in The Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Act, 2004
58. Disputes as to Constitution of University Authorities.
- If any question arises regarding the interpretation of any provision of this Act, or of any Statute or Regulation, or as to whether a person has been duly appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of any Authority of the University, the matter may be referred to the Chancellor, and shall be so , referred to him if six members of the Board so require. The Chancellor shall, after taking such advice, as he deems necessary, decide the question, and his decision shall be final.
