Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging notice No. BMHRC/ES/Notice/2021-22/26, dated May, 2021. By said notice, which was published in public platform, M/s Star Food Associates Caterers and Suppliers was declared black listed from participating in procurement process such as tenders/bids for a period of five years at Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre, Bhopal.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no notice was given to petitioner before passing order of black listing.
Issue notice of this writ petition to respondent No.2 on payment of process fee within seven days.
In view of submissions made by counsel appearing for the petitioner, impugned notice No. BMHRC/ES/Notice/2021-22/2016 is stayed till the next date of hearing.
