Every notice under sub-section (1) of Section 30 shall be issued by registered post with acknowledgement due or delivered by hand against a written receipt duly signed by the addressee. In case of refusal to grant receipt, the notice will be hung up in a conspicuous place of the residence of the addressee concerned in the presence of two witnesses.[Section 43 (1)]
