12. Inspection and detection of unprotected child or person.
- Every owner or occupier of a house, premises, boat, vessel or public vehicle shall allow the Superintendent of Vaccination or a public vaccinator duly authorised by the Superintendent of Vaccination in this behalf to have access thereto for the purpose of ascertaining whether the inmates are protected or revaccinated :Provided that whenever it is necessary to ascertain whether a woman is or is not protected or revaccinated the investigation shall be conducted in the presence of a female :Provided further that no such inspection shall be made without giving a reasonable notice to such owner or occupier.
