Section 31(2) in The Pepsu Townships Development Board Act, 1954
(2)The State Government may at any time by order in writing addressed to the Administrator require the Board to furnish it with such information, statement, report of documents in regard to any matter relating to the functions or acts of the Board or any of its members, officers or servants and the Administrator shall without delay comply with such order accordingly.
