20. Determination of Full Cost Tariffs for Wheeling and Retail Sale of Electricity.
- The Commission shall determine the Full cost tariffs for Wheeling and Retail sale of electricity to enable the Distribution Licensee to recover the Aggregate Revenue Requirement approved by the Commission based on an application made by the Distribution Licensee in accordance with the principles laid down in this Regulation.Part-IV Miscellaneous
