Section 32(1)(b) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998

(b)If at any time the Government is satisfied that the Chief Town Planner or the Authority are not taking steps necessary to prepare such a Map and Register within that period, the Government may direct the Board in the case of the Chief Town Planner and the Chief Town Planner in the case the Authority to prepare the Map and the Register.
