Despite due service on respondent no.1, there is no appearance.

Respondent no.3 has already filed counter affidavit. Petitioner has failed to take fresh steps and furnish fresh particulars to issue notice to respondent no.2, though last chance was granted. However, as requested, another final opportunity of two weeks is granted for the said purpose.

If needful is done, list again before this Court on 05.07.2023.

Failing which, process the matter for listing before the Signature Not Verified Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
