Section 58(3) in Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975

(3)Every rule made and notification issued under this Act shall, as soon as possible, after it is made or issued be placed on the table of both Houses of the Legislature, and if, before the expiry of the session in which it is so placed or the next session, both Houses agree in making any modification in any such rule or notification or both Houses agree that the rule or notification should not be made or issued, the rule or notification shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be, so however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule or notification.The Schedule[See sub-section (1) of section 51.]Table of fees to be paid to the Registrar.

2. For filing any document by this Act requiredor authorized to be filed other than the memorandum. 3. For every inspection of documents (whetherone or more) in the custody of the Registrar relating to one andthe same society.
