75. Dead rent on reduction in mining lease area.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules or in mining lease agreement, if an area of mining lease is reduced in size consequent to part surrender or otherwise, the competent authority may [***] [Deleted by Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary dated 29/08/1996] proportionately reduce the dead rent of such lease.]
