11. Duties of Presiding Officer and Polling Officer.
(1)It shall be the duty of the Presiding Officer at a polling station to keep order thereat and take all actions necessary to see that the poll is freely and fairly conducted.(2)Each Polling Officer may, if so directed by the Presiding Officer, perform all or any of the duties assigned to the Presiding Officer under these rules.(3)It shall be the duty of the Polling Officer at polling station to assist the Presiding Officer at such polling station in the performance of his functions for conducting free and fair election.
