Section 2(1) in The Land Ports Authority of India Rules, 2011
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the Land Ports Authority of India Act, 2010 (31 of 2010);(b)"Member" means the member of the Authority;(c)"annual statement of accounts" means the annual statement of accounts referred to in section 25;(d)"annual report" means the report referred to in section 26;(e)"section" means the section of the Act.
