Section 152(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(1)Every appeal preferred under Sub-Section (1) of Section 109 to the Registrar [Co-operative Tribunal] [Inserted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 2182, Dated 26.11.2002.] or State Government shall be accompanied by a Court-fee of [Rs. 15.00] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 2182, Dated 26.11.2002.].
