Section 4(2) in The Meghalaya Forest Regulation (Application and Amendment) Act, 1973
(2)It extends to the whole of Meghalaya :Provided that the Government of Meghalaya may, by notification, exempt any place from the operation of the whole or any part thereof, and witdraw such exemption.
