2. Accordingly, the present writ petition, filed by the petitioner challenging the order impugned dated 31.05.2013 (Annex.11) passed by learned Addl. District Judge No.3, Bhilwara in Civil Original Suit No.280/2012 rejecting petitioners' application for reviewing the order dated 08.10.2012, is dismissed as not pressed. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned parties forthwith.
