1. Even though an affidavit has been filed on behalf of the judgment debtor No.1, however, the affidavit does not contain the requisite details of the assets. The other judgment debtor Nos.2 to 5 have also not filed their affidavits.
2. Accordingly, judgment debtor Nos.1 to 5 are directed to file affidavits under Order 21 Rule 41 CPC disclosing their assets available for satisfaction of the decree supported with the relevant documents. Judgment debtor No.1 shall also file its list of inventories of the immovable assets held by judgment debtor No.1.
3. 4. It is contended by learned senior counsel appearing for the judgment debtors that the above referred properties, rent receivable as well as shareholding are all mortgaged with the financial institutions.
5. Till the next date of hearing, respondent judgment debtors are restrained from selling, alienating, transferring or encumbering any of the above referred assets including the shareholder as well as rent receivable.
6. This, however, would be subject to the rights of the financial institution, if any.
