Section 12(1) in The Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 1999

(1)There shall be printed or cause to be printed by the Bar Council in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed by rules, stamp inscribed as "the Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund", each of the value of two rupees.
